It was a pleasure to have known you Mark from the running community where I would see him at races often. Such a wonderful guy, like everyone, it was so sad to hear that his health had changed for the worst. He donated to my London marathon fundraiser which I was so grateful for. We exchanged a couple of brief messages before he passed away. Rest in peace and I hope you get that sub 20 somewhere up there.
